There was also a strong focus on leveraging HOPEX information through out-of-the-box reporting and fast-build matrices or listings.

Among the core challenges of this project, the team had to rally efforts to deliver training to new stakeholders, carefully analyzing and rationalizing the scope of the HOPEX platform.
