El mercado ya sostiene cerca de 370.000 perfiles TI, con una envidiable estabilidad: el 93,81% cuenta con contratos a t\u00e9rmino indefinido. Esta cifra no solo habla de la madurez de la industria, sino de la urgencia de las empresas por retener el conocimiento en un entorno de alta rotaci\u00f3n global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Sin embargo, los balances financieros reflejan una realidad de doble filo. Por un lado, se observa un crecimiento s\u00f3lido en los ingresos del 18,03% (proyectando pasar de los $128,5 millones a m\u00e1s de $151,7 millones en el 2025). Por otro lado, los gastos operativos han experimentado un incremento masivo del 122,31%. La demanda hoy se concentra en tres pilares fundamentales:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Desarrollo de Software.<\/li>\n<li>Ciencia de Datos, BI e Inteligencia Artificial.<\/li>\n<li>Soporte T\u00e9cnico.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s revelador es la aparici\u00f3n de roles que hace apenas un par a\u00f1os parec\u00edan lejanos: LLM Platform Engineers y AI Application Engineers. Debemos potenciar roles de vanguardia como los LLM Platform Engineers y Knowledge Engineers para liderar la arquitectura de soluciones basadas en datos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_13 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_3 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_1 et_pb_toggle et_pb_toggle_item et_pb_toggle_close et_pb_module et_block_module\"><h5 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">Inclusi\u00f3n como Motor de Crecimiento<\/h5><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content clearfix\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con una participaci\u00f3n femenina de apenas el 25,4% en el mercado laboral TI, el cierre de la brecha de g\u00e9nero es una necesidad econ\u00f3mica. Integrar a m\u00e1s mujeres es la v\u00eda m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida para suplir los m\u00e1s de 85.000 perfiles que la industria demandar\u00e1 hacia el 2030.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_14 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_3 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_2 et_pb_toggle et_pb_toggle_item et_pb_toggle_close et_pb_module et_block_module\"><h5 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">Descentralizaci\u00f3n del Talento<\/h5><div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content clearfix\"><p>Si bien Bogot\u00e1 y Antioquia concentran la actividad, el 28,6% de vacantes remotas abre una puerta hist\u00f3rica para departamentos como Bol\u00edvar, Caldas y Tolima.
